The Sigurtà Garden Park, located in Valeggio sul Mincio, in the province of Verona, is an authentic masterpiece of landscape architecture and botany, considered one of the most beautiful parks in Italy and Europe. Its history dates back to 1407, when the patrician Gerolamo Nicolò Contarini purchased the property during the Venetian domination. At that time, the area had a predominantly agricultural function, but over the centuries it transformed into a prestigious Italian garden.
