House of Juliet

Juliet’s House, in the heart of Verona’s historic center, is a place steeped in charm and legend, a meeting point between history, literature, and romanticism. This house, attributed to the Cappello family, became famous worldwide thanks to William Shakespeare’s tragedy “Romeo and Juliet.” Its origins date back to the 13th century, as evidenced by the brick and tuff walls, and the family crest, a pilgrim’s hat, still visible on the arch leading to the courtyard.
