Anversa degli Abruzzi,
From the village of Anversa degli Abruzzi, descending towards the locality of Cavuto, begins the River Path, a cool and shady route that runs alongside the Sagittario River. This stretch, immersed in the undergrowth, develops along the watercourse, where the silence of nature is interrupted only by the chirping of birds and the sound of flowing waters. The path is well-marked and trodden, allowing for walking in a preserved natural environment, with the constant presence of vegetation that adapts to the riparian landscape. Along the way, there is an equipped area with bungalows and tents, offering an opportunity to stop and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the forest, the path continues with a cemented road that soon becomes paved, leading to the remains of the Church of Madonna della Neve, unfortunately submerged by vegetation that prevents a complete view. Turning left, a slight ascent begins towards the San Rocco fountain, where one can admire the empty case that characterizes it.
